Need Help Crafting a CEO-Sales Appointment Letter with Salary and Target Details?

Can anyone please help with CEO-Sales appointment letter and salary annexure? I also require the terms, conditions, and sales target details in the same.

There cannot be a designation as CEO-Sales. CEO, to my knowledge, is 'Chief Executive Officer,' who controls and executes the business of the organization, including sales and marketing. In fact, the sales team reports to him. For a CEO, a part of his salary is linked to the annual performance of the organization overall.

CEO Appointment and Salary Structure

CEO appointment is normally based on a board resolution. The Managing Director/Director (Operation) decides the CEO's salary structure based on the market value of the position and the candidate, with the board's approval. The salary is typically a pay package, and the candidate will apportion the same for tax benefits. Around 30% to 40% of the total CTC would be linked to the overall performance of the organization, and sometimes there may be a preference for the company's share option as well. The draft will be based on different components and cannot be a standard draft of an appointment order for workmen/clerical staff. An experienced Secretary can draft it.
