Can we submit past 8 months PF contribution in next month contribution?

Need to know about the pf contribution.
Query 1: We have generated new UAN number of one employee and after 8 months he came to us and saying that sir i want my contribution will submit on my this UAN number. (Previous employer already given him UAN, but that person not update us/or we did not asked him).
is it possible that we can withdraw 8 months contribution?
Query 2: Can we submit past 8 months PF contribution in next month contribution.

as you have generated new uan and paid contribution, so he has to transfer his old uan to this new uan, simple, by filing a form 13 online from his member portal under new uan
paying past/arrear contributions will invite 7A and 14B interest and penal damages
