Statutory - if we pay ESIC & PF then MLWF is compulsory or not?

We are working in power plant in construction field in mumbai. We submit ESIC and PF documents of each worker in every month. Also we have WC policy for few manpower. But now they are asking about MLWF. Hence we want to ask you if we pay ESIC & PF then MLWF is compulsory or not?

MLWF act also applicable. you need to obtain the license under the MLWF act and pay the contribution every year (July & January). Apart from MLWF, you need to maintain registers under BOCW act and payment towards cess.
