PF Transfer Delayed: Should I Visit the Office or Wait It Out? Seeking Advice!

sanjukta-paul
It has been a month since I completed my PF transfer. Since my previous organization was trust-based, they forwarded a check and a letter with all the details to the EPFO office. The soft copy of the documents and the check were shared with me via email, along with the courier tracking details. The check has been received at the PF office; however, the money is still not reflecting in my current passbook. Upon raising a grievance, they responded that due to a technical issue, the money has not been transferred. Could you please advise me on whether I should visit the PF office or simply wait without worrying?

Well, you can visit the PF office, inquire, submit a copy of the application, and take acknowledgment if you are not in a hurry as a follow-up. If you have the patience, just wait; things should fall into place. Ensure that in the first case, the check is encashed, passed, and into their accounts. Thanks.

Hi, I am also facing the same problem. Is the amount now reflecting in your passbook? Please guide what steps did you follow?
