Are you familiar with LinkedIn? It is the latest and greatest source for recruiting people from across the continent. You need to become a member first, of course, which is free of cost. You can filter for countries and skills and then get connected through them. You can then ask them about their interest in changing careers at this point in time. If yes, you can proceed further. It is time-consuming, and on the negative side, some people do not update their profiles regularly, and some do not respond to your mail. However, I have over 7,000 connections, which were built over 7 or 8 years patiently. Now when I write articles, people read and respond. I am virtually present and get noticed even by those who are not connected to me.
