Creche information required - Can the company arrange a creche outside the premises for employees? What are the minimum age limits for babies, and what is the minimum distance from the company to the creche?

I would like to request you to read the new section "11-A" inserted by the Amending Act of 2017 to the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961. This new section requires establishments with 50 or more employees to have creches within the prescribed distance. Therefore, creches can be located outside the premises of the establishments.
