Struggling with Interviews Due to Missing Payslip – Can Anyone Help Me Create One?

Good morning, all of you. Can anybody help me in preparing my payslip? In many interviews, they are asking about my salary details. In my company, I am getting a salary of Rs 20,000 in hand, with no PF or ESI deductions. I am not even receiving a payslip. Can anybody prepare a payslip for me so that I can introduce it at an interview? Due to this reason, I am losing all my interviews.

My suggestion is that you shouldn't prepare your own payslip if the company is not providing one. You can ask them to provide a salary certificate on a letterhead, which is accepted by most companies. Alternatively, it would be better to share your bank statement.

You can ask HR to provide a letterhead confirming that you're receiving a salary of Rs 20,000 take-home. Otherwise, you will have to face problems. There is a solution; you can inform them that you will submit a bank statement showing that you are receiving Rs 20,000 as your take-home salary in your bank account.
