Loosing interviews because of no salary pay slip - help me prepare one

Good Morning all of u, can anybody help me in preparing my pay slip. In many interviews they are asking about my salary details and in my company i am getting salary in hand Rs 20000, no pf or esi deductions are there. i am not getting even pay slip also. can any body prepare a pay slip for me so that i can introduce it at an interview. For this reason i am loosing my all interviews.

my suggestion, you shouldn't prepare your own payslip if the company is not providing one, you can ask them to provide salary certificate on a letterhead which is accepted by most companies, or better share your bank statement.

You can ask HR to provide a Letter head confirming that your receiving salary of Rs 20000 take home. Or else you will have to face problem.
there is a solution you can say them that you will submit bank statement that you are receiving Rs 20000 in hand salary in your bank account.
