Paid ECR challan cancelation or updation procedure?

We ahve generated AUG & SEP 2017, ECR Challan and paid accordingly, after paying we observe that our clerk did a mistake by mentioning JUL 2017 payment to AUG & SEP 2017 so now want to update it kindly confirm the ways to change the paid ecr challans.

If it is related to ESI then you need to visit regional office to cancel it for PF you can change at your end only.
