Online pf settled but wrong bank account entered what to do now???

I have claimed my pf online on 3rd feb 2018 and it got approved and its reflecting settled in the status but my bank details mentioned in the claim form is incorrect and due to which the amount is not credited to my account.
Kindly suggest what to do to get the amount credited to my correct bank account.

visit the PF office and collect re authorization form, after checking their records that payment is bounced, they will generate the form on their system and handover to you, submit the same with a cancelled cheque copy duly attested by employer and signed by employee,
on receipt they will process it

Kindly suggest what to do to get the amount credited to my correct bank account. where should I submit my re authorization form. its compulsory employer sign n attested in re authorization form.
