Contract Labor Agreements: Should Employee Salaries Be Included or Separate?

Hi,

I wanted to know whether contracts between the principal employer and the contractor for employing contract staff contain the salary of the contract employees as a part of the agreement or if it is to be separately agreed upon through written correspondence. Including the salary of the employees may give the impression that they are employees of the principal employer.

Does anyone have a sample agreement for the appointment of contract employees.
