An employee who earlier joined our company as their first job, with a basic salary above the Rs15,000 limit, did not join the PF scheme. Now, after one year, he wants to join the PF scheme. Can we allow him to join the PF scheme and deduct his PF?
There should be no problem for the employee to join EPF. He should fill out the forms and pay his contribution, which can be deducted from his salary. Anyway, kindly consult the nearest EPF office for further clarifications.
