Salary Negotiation at Interview - getting 80% or more hike?

I just see that many of them get hike like more than 80% depending on experience. But how we get the same when we are facing the interview for HR-Operations (No recruitment) profile for more than 3 years experience. And what is the expected Take Home or CTC that a 3 years Experience guy can get or ask in the interview.

Hike,Offer,CTC all varies from person to person. Interview process is like painting your own picture and it depends entirely on you that how you showcase yourself.
