Compulsory to maintain Contractor BOW statutory register if CLRA register maintain in construction site.

Kindly share the view and confirm in constrution site.If CLRA register maintain then compulsory to maintain BOCW register.

Hi Rajesh,
Yes. You need to maintain few of the registers under BOCW act. Exmple- Register of Building workers, Register of Beneficiaries, Wage Book etc.
