Is It Necessary to Keep a BOCW Register if a CLRA Register Exists on Construction Sites?

Kindly share the view and confirm on the construction site. If the CLRA register is maintained, then it is compulsory to maintain the BOCW register.

Hi Rajesh,

Yes, you need to maintain a few registers under the BOCW Act. For example, the Register of Building Workers, Register of Beneficiaries, Wage Book, etc.
