In my present employment, I was transferred due to a functional change and am currently working in the Admin Department where I am facing the following issue:
I have a habit of completing tasks before the specified deadline with perfection to avoid being blamed for any arising issues in the future. However, the problem lies in the fact that my manager always assigns tasks that need to be completed immediately, causing me to fall short of achieving my targets and receiving reprimands for underperformance. I am unsure of where I am lacking.
While I do not expect appreciation, I believe I should at least be given consideration for my existing workload, of which my manager is already aware.
Please help me on how to handle this situation.
