In my present employment, I got transfer upon functional change and presently working under Admin Deptt. where I feel following issue:
I possess a habit to complete the given task on or before the stipulated time frame with perfection so that in future I could not get blame for any of the issues arise. Now the problem is... my manager always gives me each and every task to complete on immediate basis and I have work upon it, which result non-completion of my target attainment and I got shout on non-performance of same. I don't know where I am lacking.
Though I don't expect any appreciation but at least I should be spared considering my own work load for which he is already aware.
Pls. help me how to deal with situation.
