I am working in an IT company of LLP type. We have our head office in Pune, Maharashtra, and currently, we are going to open a regional office branch in Bangalore, Karnataka. My question is, for the salary calculation of employees whom we recruit for the Bangalore branch, should I follow the minimum wages act of Maharashtra or Karnataka?
