How Should We Draft an Allowance Agreement for a 6-Month Client Site Assignment?

Hi All,

In my company, we are allocating one employee to a client site for a 6-month period. We are providing him with an allowance of 20k while he is on the client site.

Please help me with the draft.

Apart from your regular salary/wages, you will be paid a special/relocation allowance of Rs.... per month. This special allowance is purely temporary for the period of your deputation to our client site and is payable from the day you report for work at the client site. It will be discontinued/ceased once the client confirms the completion of the job or discontinuance of the contact, whichever is earlier.

You will be paid Rs... as a relocation allowance per month apart from your regular salary/wages. This allowance is purely temporary and only for the period of your deputation to our client site. It will be payable based on the days you are present at the client site from the day you report to work there. The same allowance will be discontinued or cease to be paid once the client confirms the completion of the job or the discontinuance of the contract, whichever is earlier.
