Do we need to add about POSH and ICC in recruitment letter?

I am in the process of creating Internal Complaints Cell -ICC (as per POSH 2013) for my organisation (SME) which predominantly has women employees (90%).
Pls guide if we need to add information about it in the recruitment letter to new employees. Also, is there separate documentation required for existing employees? I know we need to put posters about it - anything more ?
It would be great if there exists a sample text/document to refer as per the requirement of the Act for adding to:
- the company policy document and
- the recruitment/ employment letter
