Establishing a Manufacturing Sector: Hierarchy and Pay Structure
My company is deciding to establish a manufacturing sector, and they have assigned me the project of creating the hierarchy structure and establishing a pay structure, as well as providing facilities to employees. This includes everyone from helpers to the CEO, or bottom-level to top-level employees. Can anyone help me with how to find such extensive data on the internet or elsewhere?
Details for Hierarchy and Pay Structure
Hint: For a helper, consider uniforms, medical benefits, and a pay band of 8000 to 10000 p.m., along with the next promotional table position. For example, moving from operator to senior operator with their increments and facility differences.
I would appreciate any help, as I have very little experience in developing such comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
