EPF / ESI / PMRPY is applicable or not - company having more then 20 employee?

I am working for a newly setup company dealing with fibre optic installation work for telecom companies. Now my question is my company having more then 20 employee so whether it is applicable for EPF & ESI Registration or not.
2.The Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana(PMRPY) Scheme is applicable to my company or not.
3.kindly provide the steps involve in registration of company in epf & esi.
