Curious About PF Transfers? Can New Employers Discover Your Past Job History?

I have a doubt currently as I am working in a company. I will soon complete six months, and I have decided to quit. Here, I have a PF account, so I wanted to know if I withdraw my PF account and if I join a new firm without disclosing my previous employment history, will they come to know about my previous employer history when creating a new PF account?

If you are not working for about 60 days and you are eligible to avail PF Claim once you have completed six months, you are free to join the same UAN in some other concern after you have withdrawn the PF amount.
