We issued 2 ESI card to a one employee - will that be an issue?

We issued 2 ESI cards to one employee - will that be an issue? ESI cards of some employees have been generated twice for each employee. Please help me out.

All you need to do is use one ESIC number, and for the other one, don't put any contribution in it. When you are generating the challan, mark exit for the other ESIC number that you are not using. The leaving date should be the same as the joining date.
