We issued 2 ESI card to a one employee - will that be an issue? ESI CARD of some employees has been generated Two time for each employee so Please help me out.

All you need to do is use one ESiC no. and the other one dont put any contribution in it. When you are generating the challan and mark exit for the other esic no. that you are not using. The leaving date should be the same as the joining date.
