Experience Letter / Payslip - org not willing to release paper from their end

Worked for 5months with an organization. They are not willing to release paper from their end because they are saying there company policy not permitting to release papers. I haven't received any payslip also. If this is the case, how to get it from them or in case if get job in other organization shall i convey the same to them. Will they look into my concern? Looking forward to hearing from you. Is there any other solution for it.

Do you have any appointment/offer letter with you which can prove that you were being offered by them. You need to avoid verbal communication. If you have worked with them then its your right to get salary slip,offer letter and relieving too. Start sending them a mail that you have worked from... to .... and your salary was ........./- . I need my relieving documents and I have already requested for these documents several time. Kindly issue asap.
If they don't listen, go legal or lodge a complaint. First secure yourself by collecting good proofs of employment.

Had you served notice period as per your company policy.

Yes, I have served my notice period as mentioned in the offer letter and salary and documents are not released from their end.
