Procedure for Making Application for License and Renewal of License Under Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970 and AP Rules, 1971
The license issued shall be valid for 12 months (Rule 27) and shall be renewed 30 days before the expiry of the license, in Form VII. The fees payable are the same as for the original license. An additional 25% of the above license fee shall be paid if the application for the renewal of the license is submitted after the due date (Rule 29).

The license is issued to the contractor in Form VII.

The license may be suspended or revoked on certain lapses of the contractor.

http://ap.meeseva.gov.in/. Once the online service is available, the license fee can be paid at the citizen service center or through online payment. A system-generated license will be available on the spot.
