please help non scheduled employment minimum wages for the year 2018

Dear Ishwar,
Non scheduled industries are falling under Residuary Factories i.e. Sr. No. 20 of the Maharashtra Minimum Wages notification.
Forwarding in attached file Maharashtra Minimum Wages in English version for the period from 1st January, 2018 to 30th June, 2018. Pls add 5% HRA in addition to the Minimum Wages applicable in Maharashtra State.

MW for highly skilled (Total) looks to be incorrect. Pl check and correct it if the same is wrong.

Dear Mr. N Nataraajhan,
I have shown MW only for Unskilled, Semiskilled and Skilled categories. However, MW of Highly skilled employees for Cement & Salt Industries forgot to delete. Pls ignore it.
Special Allowance is same for all categories shown against the respective industries, therefore members can pickup MW for Highly skilled category and add Special allowance to it.
Regret for inconvenience, if any.

I have a query related with the Minimum Wages, Whatever decided of Minimum wages by the government is the full payment of that particular employee or its an only Basic & Special Allowance.
Please anybody clear the above query.
