Full Pf amount not credited - want to know the reason and solution

I have received only half of my pf amount i want to know the reason and solution for how can i get my full amount credited.My total pf amount was 19000/- but i received only 11000/- please help me out

Please let us know the tenure you spent in the organisation along with your DOJ and DOL. Also, you can check your PF settlement status online at http://www.epfindia.gov.in/ whith the help of your UAN number. Normally PF and Pension amount is been credited separately to the employee account thus please check once online about your payment status.

You need to share DOJ, DOL and Basic details

kindly note that there are 2 shares and both have to separately applied, one form is 10c, and other form is 19 for EPF and FPF shares.
Hence, you would have got only 1 share of your PF proceeds.
