Our company is starting up a new factory (Printing and Signage). We will be having 50-100 Labours and helpers by end of this financial year. This factory is proposed to set up in Bangalore. Now, I have bring in a HR system. Kindly help me with the format of Appointment Letter, Labour contract for secondment employees and HR Manual covering all Sections & clauses as per act.
And kindly advice on the forms to be maintained.
