Understanding PF Deductions: What Are the Minimum Wages for Textile Lab Technicians in Tamil Nadu?

Can anyone explain the minimum wages for PF deduction for Textile Laboratory Technicians in Tamil Nadu? Is there any updated Government Order regarding the textile industry Laboratory Technicians by the Tamil Nadu Government?

Hi Mr. Anand,

According to the minimum wages set by your state's textile industry, you need to follow them, and there is no minimum wage for PF deduction. From Basic/DA, we have to deduct 12% of the PF amount. The maximum limit is Rs. 15,000, and the maximum PF amount is Rs. 18,000 from the maximum salary.

In the mostly textile industry in Tamil Nadu, wages are based on SIMA (South India Mill Owners' Association) recommendations. Please check up.
