Navigating Online Annual Returns for Karnataka: How to Submit for Factories and Shops

Hi Folks, Good Evening, Previously, hard copies of Annual Returns were accepted by the Labour Department. However, for the past two years, they have not been accepting any hard copies. Now, we are required to fill in the information on the following websites:

- Shops and Establishment URL: [Department of Labour](http://www.ekarmika.com/(S(gtes1sxhzuqhdoefg5d5q5oe))/Static/Home.aspx)
- Factories URL: [Factories URL](http://164.100.133.11:9080/FBIS/)

Before accessing these sites, you need to obtain a portal username and password from your circle inspector.

After completing your online submission:
- For factories, along with a cover letter, we must submit three copies of the acknowledgment to the Labour Department.
- For Shops and Establishments, only the acknowledgment is required for submission.

Every year, before January 31st, we must submit these documents to the specific area inspectors.

Dear sir,

Please tell me if the integrated annual returns period is from April to March or January to December. Please provide the information.
