Understanding Salary Breakdown for 2018: How to Calculate Basic, DA, HRA, and More?

Can I get the standard salary calculation for Year 2018? If Eg = Gross 67,231.00. Is Basic + DA 40% of the Gross, or is it 15,000? How about HRA - 20% of Gross, L.C - 10% of Gross, Attn. Bonus - what is the standard calculation? Also, what is the standard calculation for LTA and MEDICAL?
