Requirements regarding introduction of Women Staff at Shopfloor

Hello Everyone...!!
Can anyone suggest, what can be the requirements if we introduce Women at shopfloor?
I mean what changes or what are the things we require if we introduce women Labour at shopfloor.

There are certain special provisions regarding employment of women in manufacturing process in any factory. Some of them are listed below:
1. Section 27: Prohibition of employment of women and children near cotton operators
2. Section 34 : Excessive weights which a woman can carry is specified (30 Kgs)
3. Section 43: Separate washing facility for women employees
4 Section 48 : Creche has to be provided where the women workers are more than 30 .
Provision has to be made for breast feeding of children
5. Section 66 Restrictions regarding employment of women
Besides these provision which are applicable for shopfloor deployment of women, there are other general laws like Maternity Benefit Act, Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act etc
