Drafting a Laptop Policy

Please help me out with a draft for a laptop policy in which the company can provide a laptop to Salespersons/BMs/VPs in the range of Rs. 25,000-30,000 as per their choice. The company will bear 25% of the cost, and the remaining 75% will be deducted from their salary over a period of 1 year. After 18 months, the laptop will belong to the respective employee. If the employee leaves before 18 months, then the 25% will also be deducted from the employee. This policy will be applicable only once every 3 years.

You have already given the policy outline, so what more is expected from us by the way of 'Order Formalities' is not clear. But you may consider placing a bulk order, as your requirement would be sizeable, and major brands would offer substantial discounts which the employees cannot get otherwise. A subsidy of 25% appears to be too little and may be considered for an upward revision of at least 40%.
