Is a PGDM in HR from Symbiosis the Right Step for Transitioning to a Company HR Role?

I have been working in a recruiter's office for the past year. I have been a part of both the talent acquisition and employee engagement departments, providing the right candidates to our client pharmaceutical companies. I want to transition to a company HR team rather than continue working in a recruitment/consultancy role. To gain theoretical knowledge, I plan to enroll in a 1-year PGDM in HR from Symbiosis Distance Learning Centre. I am seeking advice on whether this decision aligns with building a successful career in HR. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Distance courses have less value always. I suggest you explore doing an Executive MBA from a reputed University.
