Greetings Everyone!
I have joined a company recently. It's conduct surveys of Roads, Bridge etc. through Total Station Machine. Company was providing Sundays as holiday till now, but an agreement if being prepared in which it is stated that the company will provide only three holiday in a month instead of Four. I want to know that can an Employer is eligible to reduce holiday in this way and is it legal or illegal. And what can an employee do in this matter. Please guide..
