This is only way to submit CLRA annual return.

Please clarify in Unified labor return in the shram suvidha portal while filing man-days worked do we take both Normal hours of work and overtime hours multiplied by 2 to reach the actual man-days worked
Or show only Normal mandays of 8 hours

Dear Sudeepmalakr,

While putting "Mandays worked", we need to just put "No. of Present Days" during the Tenure. This has no link with "No. of Paid Days".

Days paid for W/off, Holidays, Leaves, etc. must be excluded (if not worked/Present).

In case of OT only 01 days will be considered.

Hope the above will resolve the query, seniors can share more inputs.
