How Do We Register for PF & ESI as Our Sister Concern Grows Beyond 10 Members?

I have gone through your postings regarding obtaining ESI & PF numbers. We already have ESI & PF codes for our establishment, and now we have started our sister concern in December 2017. Initially, our sister concern had less than 10 members, but now we are looking to increase the number of members. Could you please guide us on the process for registering for PF & ESI? Additionally, any suggestions on what steps to take next would be greatly appreciated.

You can get EPF and ESIC registration numbers through the online process. Just visit the EPF and ESIC websites and download the online registration forms to complete the registration process.

Our employees were paid higher minimum wages than prescribed for more than 10 years, mentioning only (Basic + DA). When we understood the mistake, a lawyer suggested that we bifurcate and put the balance in separate allowances. We then reduced the basic and DA and paid the PF on this adjusted amount. However, when one of the employees resigned, PF issues arose, informing us that we have to pay the PF on the total amount they received. Can you provide your suggestions?
