Common form for annual return by contractor under contract labour act

As a Principal Employer you need to submit Annual Return in Form XXV.
As a Contractor online digital submission of return is required under the Unified Shram Suvidha Portal.

I have problem submitting online annual return as in the year 2017 ,our company had two work orders first started from Dec 2016 and ended in August 2017 and second from Started Sept 2017.Now as per discussion with labour inspector he is asking us to submit two returns accordingly.
But I have only one LIN number that was created at the time of first workorder/licence and it takes only one annual return in one year.
And its not clear to me where to get LIN for the current contract .

You are filing return for the year 2017 [1st January to 31st January]. Is the labour licence for the both the orders is same or different? If the labour licence for both the work orders is one, only single return is to be filed by combining figures of both the work orders. You have to generate one more LIN, if you have more than one licence. You need to check the details at your end as per the above.

For every contract labour license, separate LIN is generated. You need to visit Labour Office and inform them your problem for not having LIN for second license. They will generate new LIN for you thru which you will be able to submit online return under Shram Suvidha Portal.

please let us know what is the procedure involves in on line submission of half yearly return Form - XXIV under Central contract labour act and due date of the same
