Good to know you have chosen Industrial Psychology. I also hold a Master's in Industrial as well as Clinical Psychology. When I was pursuing my post-graduation, I focused on Industrial Psychology because I wanted to work in HR. I was uncertain whether I would specialize in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, or Training. However, I was particularly drawn to training as I enjoy interacting with people and assisting them. Initially, I worked as a trainer for three years. My determination eventually led me to secure a job in HR, and currently, I am employed as an Assistant Manager in the L&D HR Department.
I recommend deciding on your career path before starting your professional journey. Feel free to contact me if you need any guidance.
