Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana: How Do I Activate the 3-Year PF Contribution Exemption?

Under the Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Protsahan Yojana, Employer Provident Contribution is exempt for 3 years for new employees. Can someone tell me how to activate this facility?

For PF PMRPY registration, whether we need to consider gross or basic less than or equal to ₹15,000. I understand from someone that earlier it was based on Basic. Now it has been changed. If there is a change notification, please share it. It helps. Thank you.

In the official website, there's no specific mention of Basic or Gross. If there is a notification, please share. It will help.

In the PMRPY site, gross wages have to be considered and mentioned while registering the UAN number. It is always gross wages and never basic for PMRPY considerations, i.e., 15000.

Hello, my name is Manish. I am working in a Security Agency in Jaipur as Manager-HR & Admin. I have a query regarding the PMRPY scheme. I would be thankful if anyone could help me with this.

I registered all the employees in PMRPY who joined our organization from 01/04/2016 to date. We have 280 candidates who joined after 01/04/2016 and have a salary below 15,000. Out of these, 85 candidates have left our company. I have two questions in this context:

1) Will I get the benefit for those 85 candidates who left our company?

2) As I am new to this and registered my company only two days ago, what will be the next procedure for getting benefits?

PMRPY Scheme is eligible for:

1. The benefits are available for the UAN number generated for your Establishment code (New Joiners).
2. The benefits are available for those with a monthly gross salary below 15000 only.
3. You need to upload the list of new joiners in the PMRPY portal with their UAN numbers, and the approval must be done by digital signature.
4. The eligibility will be automatically calculated, and the subsidy amount will be shown in the challan.
