Seeking guidance from Senior HR Professionals in designing salary for company based out of Nepal

Dear Friends/Seniors,
Trust you all are doing good!!!
I have been offered a new job for a start-up retail company based out of Kathmandu (Nepal) and I will be joining the company in the first week of February wherein I will play a key role in setting up HR Dept for the company. I need help from all my seniors of CiteHR in this regard since I have no knowledge about Nepal especially when it comes to Labour law and designing compensation. I would be really happy if any of my CiteHR friends or seniors who have knowledge about Nepal labour law along with designing compensation for employees of Nepal then request you to please guide me in this regard.
Further, if anyone can give me the reference of any good consultant/HR Consulting firm who can help me in setting up HR dept from scratch then that would be a great help to me. Also if any member can suggest me some good books or website from where I can gain knowledge about Nepal labour law and designing compensation system along with tax calculation & deduction from salary then it will be of immense help to me. Am NK Sundaram, a retired HR professional from Bangalore, India. I worked for Larsen & Toubro for 33 years out of 47 years of industry experience.
