How Do You Handle Resignation and Appointment of Directors in Himachal Pradesh?

Please share with me the process of resignation of an occupier or director of a company and appointing a new occupier or director in Himachal Pradesh.

There is neither resignation nor appointment of an Occupier under the Factories Act 1948. An employee becomes an "Occupier" when he has ultimate control over the affairs of the factory. He would cease to be so when he is no longer involved in the running of the factory. The format for applying for a change of occupier is given in Himachal Pradesh Rules which may be perused.
