Restaurant PF, EPF, ESI registeration information required.

Greetings HRs,
I hope every one is having great day !!!!
We have setup a restaurant in Delhi and we are in process of registering the same for licenses. Can anyone suggest whether ESI, PF, EPF registeration is mandatory or not.
If mandatory, what is the procedure for the same.

ESIC and PF is mandatory subject to the number of employees working in your restaurant.
