Setting Up a Restaurant in Delhi: Is ESI, PF, EPF Registration Mandatory and How to Proceed?

I hope everyone is having a great day! We have set up a restaurant in Delhi and are in the process of registering the same for licenses. Can anyone suggest whether ESI, PF, EPF registration is mandatory or not? If mandatory, what is the procedure for the same? Your early response is highly appreciated.
