How Do I Write a Request Letter for Project Training at a Company? Seeking Advice!

I am currently doing M.Tech in Safety Engineering at Spec University. I have received permission for project training from L&T. They have requested a formal letter for the project training. I need assistance in writing the best request letter. Any help is appreciated. Please post your comments.

Your post is not clear. Who decides what is "best re letter"?

If someone drafts a letter for you, it would be like giving food to a hungry person. I think there is a proverb that says it's better to teach a person to fish, rather than feed him/her a fish.
