As you are doing MTech, my sincere advice to you is to draft a letter and post it here and seek help to rectify any mistakes there may be.
Your post is not clear. Who decides what is "best re letter"?
If someone drafts letter for you, it would be like giving food to a hungry person." I think there is a proverb that says it's better to teach a person to fish, rather than geed him/her a fish.
