Hi,
Can anyone explain me the calculation of PL/CL and SL,Specially I am having confusion with the eligibility of the leave.Please explain me the meaning of below mentioned paragraph.OR Can I get number of any HR.
(Every employee who has worked for not less than 3 month in a year shall be eligible for 5 days leave for every 60 days worked. And for those who have worked for not less than 240 days - 01 day for every 21 days worked. Days on which establishment remains closed, public holidays should be counted as working days for the purpose of calculating working days. )

If your establishment is a factory
Then 1 day for every 20 days worked.
This entitlement arises when you have worked 240days in previous year.
similarly refer Shops and Establishment acts of state concerned for PL.
