Is it mandatory to file a nil return every month to the PF office regarding international workers in IW-1 form? Could anyone share the circular on this subject?

In terms of paragraph 36 of the PF Scheme 1952, every employer has to send a consolidated return of international workers if they are employed by an establishment in the form prescribed by the PF department. It further states that if there are no international workers who are required to be members of the PF scheme, then the employer has to send a NIL return.
