Designing an HR Manual for Universities: What Essential Content Should I Include?

Rang Kalameard
I am in the process of designing and writing a Human Resources Manual for the university where I currently work. In this regard, I would appreciate any details or information related to the contents, such as standard required information, typical index details, etc., specifically for the education sector HR Manual.
