How Can I Write My Own Work Experience Letter as a Company Owner for Immigration?

Ankit67
Hello, I am the owner of my company founded in 2012. As I am applying for immigration, I am asked to provide all details of my work history.

I have successfully provided the details of my previous employment contracts and experience letters. I am a bit confused as to how to furnish myself a similar letter, as it will be coming from the company owner/my letterhead.

I read a similar thread here, but it had some legal issues of the person not being a proprietor of the company (but called himself a founder): https://www.citehr.com/570298-who-wi...under-ceo.html

In my case, the company is mine, and I have the liberty to do so; I just don't know a subtle format.

Many thanks in advance for helping out.

Regards, Ankit G.

Probably, the IT returns of the company will be adequate proof of income generated and taxes paid. If it is a Ltd company registered under the Companies Act, a certificate of registration can be provided, along with your Director Identification Number.

Dear Ankit ji, It seems to me you are a sole proprietor. I advise you to create a profile of your sole proprietorship, perhaps on the letterhead of your company, signed by you. You can include in the profile the details of your bankers, PAN number, and all other numbers allotted to you and your company. I feel this will suffice for your purpose.

In other cases, i.e., in partnership, LLP, Private, or Public Limited company, you can always obtain a certificate from the other Partner, Designated Partner, or Director, as the case may be.
