Changing the Date of Joining

To change the Date of Joining, you need to draft a letter stating the incorrect date of joining and the correct date of joining, along with the reason for the change.

Changing the Father's Name

There are two options to change the father's name:

1) Draft a letter stating the incorrect father's name and the correct father's name, along with the reason. You will need to attach the Aadhaar card as the father's name will be verified with the Aadhaar card.

2) Activate the employee's UAN and log in to his account. There is an option to change basic details.
