How Can We Use Sodexo, LTA, and VPF in Salary Structure to Maximize Tax Savings?

We wish to add Sodexo, LTA, and VPF to our salary structure. The intention is that a maximum number of employees can save on taxes. Can someone help me with the salary calculator?

Sodexo Calculation

For Sodexo, you can count Rs. 50 per day per meal for the number of working days, which you can easily calculate. Similarly, one of their representatives can also help you with the same.

LTA Exemption

Secondly, LTA can be exempted only on the actual expenditure of the employee for traveling costs. Thus, you need to mutually agree on an amount that can be considered as LTA. Finally, the exempted LTA can only be the actual expenditure amount for traveling on leave.

VPF Contribution

VPF is again the choice of the employee for the amount to be contributed.
