can some on help me with how do we calculate and pay "Service Weightage Allowance" as per Karnataka Minimum Wages act. in the companies registered under shops & establishments.
Anyone kindly confirm me, this is a draft notification or final notification? why i'm asking this regularly that minimum wages has revised April month only but now why happen earlier?
