Issues at Parle Global Technologies Pvt Ltd
I was working at Parle Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company involved in the manufacturing and supply of tablet compression tools, counting, packaging, blister change, and tube filling machines in Mumbai. They have two units in Vasai and one in Ahmedabad. I joined the company in May 2014.
This company has a very strict policy of not interacting with female staff, not even allowing long conversations. If they observe a male and female having a discussion for an extended period, they are monitored even after office hours. The HR manager is instructed to track them to their residences after office hours. The company has appointed a GM HR who is unprofessional; he engages in inappropriate activities within the company. His name is Ramesh Titre, and despite the management being aware that he was dismissed from his previous organization, he was hired at this level. Almost nine HR professionals have resigned due to his immature behavior. All these issues have been brought to the attention of our MD, Mr. Mahendra Mehta, and emails have been sent to all HODs regarding his behavior, but no action has been taken against him because he has falsely portrayed having connections with local politicians.
Personal Experience and Request for Assistance
In my case, I was in contact with a female colleague, and we used to talk after office hours. My mistake was using my office number to chat with her. The GM HR tracked this and asked me to resign. I complied and submitted my resignation, but to date, I have not received my settlement amount or acceptance of my resignation letter. I need suggestions on how to handle this case. I want the management to take strict action against the GM HR, Mr. Ramesh Titre, and provide justice to all HR professionals who have left the company due to his unprofessional behavior. They owe me three months' notice period and my PF. Many resigned employees are unable to withdraw their PF due to him being the authorized signatory.
The Managing Director, Mr. Mahendra Mehta, is turning a deaf ear to all our requests because he benefits from not paying the employees their settlements. There are two HR executives who are closely associated with Ramesh Titre; he instructs them to engage in inappropriate activities and gather reports after office hours. Their names are Prakash Samal and Mangesh Shinde. They are undergraduates but are given more importance than a manager. In fact, they are the favored employees of Mr. Ramesh Titre after office hours.
Awaiting a reply to resolve my problem. Please help.
